Karen Davis

I am a dedicated social worker with a passion for supporting individuals, families, and communities through advocacy, education, and empowerment. With experience in school social work, adoption services, and juvenile dependency mediation, I strive to create meaningful connections and positive outcomes for those I serve. I believe in meeting people where they are, fostering resilience, and helping others recognize their strengths. My work is guided by compassion, cultural responsiveness, and a commitment to lifelong learning and leadership.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me planning my next adventure! I love traveling and exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and creating lasting memories along the way. Family is at the center of my life, and some of my favorite moments are spent laughing, celebrating, and making memories with the people I love most. I’m also a huge music lover whether it’s listening to my favorite songs, discovering new artists, or enjoying live performances, music is something that brings me joy and inspiration every day.

Every day is different, which is one of the things I love most about my job! I support students by helping them navigate challenges, build healthy coping skills, and reach their full potential both academically and personally. I collaborate with families, teachers, and community partners to ensure our youth have the support they need to be successful. I also enjoy mentoring student leaders through our Black Student Union and helping create meaningful experiences that foster confidence, connection, and growth.
