KaJuana Hollis

Kajuana is a recent graduate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Kajuana was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UNLV. She believes in establishing comfortable therapeutic relationships with her clients, where she strives to facilitate a safe space that is welcoming, encouraging, non-judgmental, respectful, and caring. Kajuana’s work is highly influenced by Existential Therapy, which highlights one’s authentic self, uncovering meaning and purpose in life, and gaining a sense of self-autonomy. Her work is also inspired by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-based practices. Kajuana is interested in working with clients who struggle with mental disorders like anxiety, depression, and trauma; nonetheless, she is eager to work alongside any population with varying mental health troubles. Kajuana is excited to embark on this collaborative healing journey with her clients as a guiding force to help promote fearlessness, self-growth, empowerment, and self-love.
