Kadie Nassi
Kadie is a clinical mental health counselor intern specializing in person-centered and solution-focused therapy. She graduated with her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021. She uses evidence-based methods such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to provide effective and personalized care. DBT helps clients manage emotions and improve relationships, ACT encourages acceptance and commitment to values, and CBT focuses on changing negative thought patterns to enhance overall well-being. In therapy, Kadie tailors coping skills to each client’s needs, focusing on anxiety and depression management, self-esteem enhancement, and improving interpersonal and communication skills. Her approach is respectful and aligned with clients’ values, making therapy a collaborative and empowering process aimed at achieving tangible results.
When she’s not in the office, Kadie enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing board and video games, music, reading, geocaching, and needle-felting.
