Ciera Primas

My name is Ciera Primas, I am a CPC-I. I obtained my master’s in clinical Mental Health
Counseling from UNLV. I have worked in community counseling dealing with a wide
array of diagnosis which has given me the confidence to help any person I sit with. My
hope is to give you the space to feel connected and supported through life’s toughest
challenges. I am currently only seeing clients via telehealth which gives you more
flexibility, accessibility and convenience when scheduling.

I provide services for adults who are facing low self-esteem, trauma, distorted thinking,
big life adjustments and substance use. I am experienced with working with clients who
have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) heal their inner child and
reconnect to themselves. I also have a passion for working with the BIPOC community
and the specific challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. Through life we often learn
to cover up our emotions, ignore them, and even avoid them, I hope to offer a space
where you can unlearn those isolating coping mechanisms and instead feel more
connected to those around you and more importantly feel connected and confident in
who you are. My goal is to not tell you how to live your life but instead help challenge,
push, and motivate you to create the life you want for yourself.
