Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, to pursue my Bachelor’s degree. I attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice and later an M.S. in Crisis and Emergency Management. It wasn’t until the passing of my father that I truly recognized my calling—to be a voice for those who cannot advocate for themselves. This realization led me to pursue a second Master’s degree in Social Work. In 2023, I graduated with my MSW and successfully passed the licensure exam to become a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). After earning my LMSW, I was determined to further my clinical experience and began searching for internship opportunities that would provide meaningful exposure to practice. That search brought me to Legacy Health and Wellness. Currently, I am working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), while also preparing for my law school journey. My goal is to deepen my ability to advocate effectively within underrepresented communities. I believe that to create lasting change, one must understand not only the systemic barriers that these communities face but also the legal frameworks that shape policy and procedure. With this dual focus, I hope to be a force for meaningful, transformative change.

Fun Things About MeI proudly embrace the title of “cool mom.” I love traveling with my family and hosting spontaneous singing and dance battles right in the kitchen while I cook—it’s always a good time. I’m also a new mom… to plants! I recently discovered a love for plant care, and I like to say I’m now “raising” a small jungle. I currently have around 25 plants, with 15 houseplants and 10 outdoor varieties, and I can’t seem to stay away from the nursery for long. When I’m not tending to my plants or spending time with my family, you’ll find me organizing my planner (color-coding is a must), hitting a few balls at Top Golf, or cruising in my car with the radio blasting 90s R&B classics—my favorite way to unwind. I also enjoy decorating and, as it turns out, throwing parties has become a new favorite hobby too!
