Ahlam Hamdan
Hello! My name is Ahlam Hamdan, I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-I). As a proud daughter of immigrants, I firmly believe in the accessibility of personalized assistance and support that caters to each individual’s unique needs. I utilize an integrative approach, tailoring techniques based on each client’s identity, cultural background, and personal values; guided by my clinical judgment. Through my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic approaches, Person-Centered Therapy, and Multicultural approaches you will reach a greater level of self-awareness.
I work with children 8+, teens, young adults, and adults navigating challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, adjustment/life transitions, family conflicts, and relationship issues. My goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely, acknowledge your emotions, and explore new perspectives. In our work together, I aim to challenge you to reach your true, unguarded self. Through empathy and understanding, I believe we can plant the seeds of personal growth and flourish— not just for ourselves, but for the benefit of our wider community.
