Shannon Gholston

I am deeply passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families, guiding them through life’s challenges with compassion and empathy. With extensive experience in treating a variety of mental health concerns, including depression and anxiety, my goal is to provide clients with the tools they need to heal, grow, and thrive. While I have a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I believe in taking an integrative approach to therapy. I tailor my techniques to the unique needs of each client, recognizing that everyone’s journey is different.

Throughout my practice, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and collaboration. This foundation allows clients to feel supported as they work through difficult emotions or life transitions. By utilizing evidence-based therapies and a holistic approach.
