Dominique Montenegro

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Dominique has grown to understand the importance of mental health within a fast-paced city lifestyle. She is passionate about helping others identify and overcome their insecurities. While providing an environment welcomed for healing and growth, she will help guide you when facing life’s challenges during which past or current ties may be unveiled. She believes that everyone has the power within to make positive changes in their lives to become the best version of themselves. 

Dominique has earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as a Minor in MFT from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2018. Her love and dedication to mental health continued as she completed her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2022. She is now pursuing her state internship to become a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.

Dominique believes in working from a warm, empathetic approach to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can learn, grow, and achieve shared goals. Drawing from a variety of methods, she can create a tailored approach for each individual and situation. Her appreciation for Person-Centered Therapy motivates her to provide the necessary support, guidance, and structure to her clients, so they can discover personalized solutions within themselves. She strives for her clients to gain the ability to build healthy interpersonal relationships and to trust in his or her own decisions.
